Mission Of The Month

The Doylestown Area FISH provides services for unhoused and housing insecure individuals and families who live in the boundaries of the Central Bucks School District. They grant emergency shelter, emergency food aid, rental assistance, financial grants for utility bills, heating oil deliveries (100 gallons maximum), gasoline, and other bills associated directly with housing expenses. FISH receives calls seven days a week between 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. They also refer callers to other groups and agencies to help with other needs. FYI…FISH is not an acronym.

FISH is a 100% volunteer organization, so all the donations go directly to benefit their callers. All their funding comes from local sources: churches, individuals, and charitable organizations. Please support this great organization through the DUMC Mission of the Month.
