Laurie was a Registered Nurse at Abington Hospital for almost twenty years before an auto accident changed her life. During her rehabilitation, God called her into ministry.  She became a Chaplain at Doylestown Hospital for ten years as she continued to take classes and training for Ministry. Laurie is a Christ Servant Minister, Bible Study leader, does preaching, leads retreats and conferences, and is a Minister of  Visitation at Doylestown UMC. She grew up in the area, is married, a proud grandmother, and lives in Buckingham.
